Central Australian Aged and Disability Services - Community Health Centre (Flynn Drive and Eurilpa House)

There are anumber of services based at Flynn Drive. All are government services.

ACAT- Aged Care Assessment Team (Urban and Remote)

Provides an assessment, information and referral service for people who are ageing or who have disabilities, to facilitate support and care at home or in residential care.

Allied Health Professionals - Adult and Aged Services

This team includes a Social Worker, Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist who provide services in assessment, treatment, counseling, health education and health promotion with a focus on early intervention.

Allied Health Professionals - Remote

This team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologistsand Physiotherapists who provide services to people of all ages for assessment, treatment, health education, health promotion and ACAT assessment.

Continence Program

The Continence Nurse Advisor provides clinical assessments, education, advisory services and support for clients of all ages with bladder and/or bowel problems.

Dementia Support Program

The Dementia Support Worker provides assessments, education and support to adult clients suffering from memory and or confusion related concerns. Support and educational services are available for their families and carers. The Dementia Support Worker is co-located with the ACAT Team.

TIMES - Territory Independence and Mobility Equipment Scheme

The Territory Independence and Mobility Equipment Scheme (TIMES) is a practical assistance scheme that aims to increase the independence of people who are ageing or who have disabilities, through the provision of equipment and aids. Eligibility criteria apply.

Adult Guardianship

Adult Guardianship provides legal appointed guardianship for adults with an intellectual disability. Adult Guardianship is based at Flynn Drive.
